At Fukar Sdn Bhd, we take pride in our ability to provide great value-added services for our clients. For starters, we don’t just aim to provide a service. Our goal is to be a valued partner for every one of our clients. To do this, we provide a seamless level of consultancy, testing, coating and pick up or delivery service for your products. Fukar Sdn Bhd is primarily located in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. Our factory has a build-up of 12,000 square feet and a total land area of 2.23 Acres.
Fukar Sdn Bhd is an ISO 9001: 2015 certified company. We are also one of the few Whitford Quality Approved Coaters (QAC) in Malaysia. PPG Quality Approved Coaters
A “PPG Quality Approved Coater (QAC)” refers to a company that has been certified by Whitford Corporation, a manufacturer of high-performance fluoropolymer coatings, to apply their coatings, like Xylan, to a specific quality standard, meaning they have met rigorous requirements regarding application processes and controls to ensure proper coating application on products like fasteners and industrial components; essentially, it signifies a qualified applicator for Whitford coatings within the industry.

Our facilities are in compliance with DOE (Department of Environment Malaysia) regulations. FUKAR is led by our founder, a competent expert in environmental management. We are also Whitford, QAC certified in Thailand. We provide a range of fasteners with various metal surface treatment, including Xylan Coated bolt and nuts, under Sanwa Thailand Pte Ltd. Our plant in Samutprakan, Bangkok, Thailand produces a wide range of fasteners which we supply to the local Thailand market.
In addition, we are involved in PNG LNG Project in Papua New Guinea by Coventry Group Ltd, Australia Company and Kurvers Piping Middle East FZCO, (CB & UK Limited) where more than 200 tonnes of Xylar 2 and Xylan 1424 coating fasteners were coated.
One of our reputed clients, Titan Metal Works, also utilises our Electroless Nickel Plating services which can enhance parts’ solderability.
